ER Consultants is a business consultancy specialising in organisation behaviour change. We are a close-knit, highly experienced team of professionals drawn from diverse backgrounds, helping transform organisations by aligning their strategy, structure and people.

ER Consultants' business was created 30 years ago with the vision of bringing a stronger organisation and people perspective to management. In 1990 we bought ourselves out of Ernst & Young, having been their organisation change practice, and were an employee-owned company, until being acquired by Serco in 2008. ER Consultants now trades and operates as an independent subsidiary.

ER Consultants believe that being a niche consultancy gives us many advantages: we have the flexibility to adapt to your culture, focus entirely on your needs and work in whichever way best suits the project in hand.

By working with ER Consultants you’ll also benefit from a combination of solid experience, exceptional thinking and robust tools and technologies. These are delivered by an innovative, creative and diverse team of individuals dedicated to generating tangible results.

We've developed many tools and techniques ourselves, and are ISO 9001 quality accredited. Our alliance network includes: the JudgeBusinessSchool, at the University of Cambridge, dgers & Berndtson, and Allied Consultants Europe (ACE).

ER Consultants have been awarded ‘recognised supplier’status by Buying Solutions in Lot 16 (Management & Leadership), and Lot 17 (Organisational Development) on the Learning & Development and eLearning Solutions Framework agreement.
