Summary

A fast growing, entrepreneurial FTSE 250 Property Company had many different ways of doing the same thing. Boxwood was engaged to design and implement an overall business transformation programme to reduce overhead and operating costs and to reengineer core business processes, including in procurement where we found that spending was 73 times higher than the organisation thought.

We designed and implemented a cost reduction programme with a target of saving £5.1m of the overall spend.

The procurement programme saved £5.2m and led to the creation of a new department with a clear strategy and new and compliant ways of working.
