Virgin Mobile launched its operations as a mobile virtual network operator in November 1999. Today the company has over four million customers and is the UK’s leading visual network operator.

Project Objectives:
To enable a move to a sharedservice centre, Virgin Mobile needed to integrate its financials, HR and payroll systems with Virgin Media’s. The objectives of the integration were to:
  • Enable common processes and efficiencies across the combined business
  • Provide a stable and robust system and method of operation
  • Drive knowledge transfer and sharing of information across the business
  • Enable headcount reduction and cost centre reporting
