Review of senior level structure at Centro
Summary
Following the appointment of a new Chief executive who wanted to create a world class public transport system for the midlands, ER Consultants was commissioned to initiate a review of the senior level structure. ER Consultants assisted in developing options, advice on possible structural changes, and challengethinking so the most appropriate solution was developed. As a result of this work, Centro was better aligned to meet its strategic goals and is now starting to realize the benefits of this project.
