In 2001, BT entered into a ten-year strategic partnership agreement with the City of Edinburgh Council to deliver largescale business transformation projects and provide the Council’s technology infrastructure and services. Since then, BT has delivered a portfolio of projects that are now making a real difference to both the Council’s performance and the lives of local people.
