Service transformation in an Acute Trust
Summary
Tribal Boxwood was asked to transform the performance of a mid-sized Acute Trust. The Trust had significant ambitions to improve productivity and increase capacity, but there were huge barriers to delivering the improvement required.
We found there was considerable scope for improvement in many areas which when delivered would allow a significant increase in activity.
We set up focused teams to deliver the required changes. By using this approach, an impressive level of engagement has been achieved, leading to the challenging of many traditional practices and the delivery of improvements in all areas.
