We uncovered the true end-to-end costs and identified the root causes driving those costs.

 

Working with the client and a key supplier, we identified the maximum number of vehicles required, and quickly removed the surplus.

 

Implementation of a new control system will allow proactive management of the fleets and ensure the £2.3m saving is sustainable.
