Worldwide Technology Company

Egremont Group, 2008

From IT Implementation to “Custodians of Change”

Summary

Our client was half way through a four year programme to replace their global customer management system (used by around 8,000 employees worldwide). The primary goal was to make it much easier for customers to do business with the client. The supplementary goal was to replace legacy systems which were cumbersome and clumsy and to make it easier for staff to administer the systems, saving time and enabling changes to the operating model.

Egremont was invited to help raise levels of engagement as the organisation had lost confidence that the system being developed would deliver on its promises and was at risk of being shelved – with significant write-off costs.
