Summary
ER Consultants worked in partnership with Learning Teaching Scotland to increase the leadership competence of all managers following the implementation of a new corporate strategy. LTS wanted a programme that would harness individual and collective potential and focus effort towards achieving the aims and objectives of LTS, while providing managers with the skills needed to help implement recently established organisational values. The programme consisted of a series of workshops and 360 feedback, along with psychological profiling and 1:1 coaching. Following the programme, managers reported a greater personal insight and impact into theirs and others' personal styles, strengths and weaknesses within the context of leading and managing within LTS.
