Partner Development Programme
Summary
ER Consultants and Cambridge University's Judge Business School co-designed a partner development programme for a successful mid-tier international law firm.
The CEO realised the performance of partners was a critical factor in ensuring the future success of the firm, but that limited attention had been paid to their development beyond technical expertise.
ER Consultants worked with the partners to maximize their effectiveness, and help them make the most of their associates. The programme was delivered to over 70 partners from all over the world. The content was practical and focused on how learning could be applied in day to day work to help partners build their practice.
Such was the success of the programme that in 2008 The Lawyer shortlisted for firm for an "Award for Excellence in Training", and the MCA awarded Paolo Mocuzza (ER Consultants) the HR Consultant of the Year, based on his work on this programme.
