A FTSE 100 technology retailer

Boxwood, 2007

Fixing a Core Process

Summary

A major UK plc launched a fantastic and compelling new service but struggled to meet customers’ expectations. As competitive pressures were relentless, there was never time or enough capable resource to ‘go back and fix things’ perpetuating a vicious cycle where fire-fighting and manual workarounds were business as usual.

We created a programme of work to address the core issues which provided the best return on the client’s investment.

In four months the joint team made several visible positive impacts and Boxwood left in its place a client team capable of seeing the programme through to completion.
