They were praised for their overall solution involving two key agreements which they brokered - the formation of Capita Life & Pensions Services, incorporating the Lincoln book of business - and an outsourcing contract under a ten-year agreement between the two organisations. The eventual deal was worth more than £160m over the life of the contract.
