Summary
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets, like many other local authorities in England, is engaged in the procurement of a long term partner to take responsibility for the delivery of new or refurbished secondary schools and ICT. In this case, the capital value of the project is c.£180m. Navigant Consulting are retained as the authority’s programme manager, from writing the outline business case through to the current stage of competitive dialogue. We have five consultants seconded full time to Tower Hamlets, with additional expertise provided as required. Our team includes the Deputy Project Director as well as leaders of a number of work streams.
