Summary
We have seconded a team for the last four years into the Department of Health’s Commercial Directorate, providing the Programme Director – Lead Deal Execution Director, Regional Programme Directors and senior supporting staff. We were initially contracted to manage a 20 strong multi-disciplined team tasked with the successful delivery of two of the most complex Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) schemes in the Wave 1 programme.
