Siemens

Trinity Horne, 2005

Summary

Siemens engaged Trinity Horne to implement a performance improvement solution, starting in August 2005. Trinity Horne was tasked with the implementation of its Red Owl® work force management application – and, using its MASTERCOACH® behavioural change programme - to deliver, sustainably, against challenging performance improvement objectives.

Trinity Horne and Siemens rolled out the solution to over 400 Siemens staff in seven UK locations. The programme encompassed the implementation of Red Owl’s resource forecasting, operational planning, process management, quality and reporting tools. Red Owl enables key performance information to be published on 25 plasma screens, to let staff see – clearly – the results of their work, in terms of process and performance improvements.
