	Dr Fiona Czerniawska Fiona is Joint Managing Director and co-founder of Source Information Services Ltd and is one of the world’s leading experts on the consulting industry. 	Joy Burnford Joy is Joint Managing Director and co-founder of Source Information Services Ltd. She has held senior positions at the UK Management Consultancies Association since 2003 and prior to that worked for PA Consulting Group. 	Ed Haigh Ed spent seven years in various marketing roles for Sony Europe, followed by a spell as Marketing Director for a small start-up venture. He joined Source in February 2008 and is now Head of Content and Marketing. Ed likes to spend as much time as possible on mountains or in the sea but is more likely to be found committing acts of DIY savagery on his poor, defenseless home. 	Julie Ahadi Julie is the European Account Manager at Source. Prior to joining Source, Julie worked at the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC), where she worked with both consulting firms and clients as the Commercial Activities Manager and before that worked in Amman, Jordan with the European Jordanian Advanced Business Institute, as their Program Manager. 	Alice Noyelle Alice joined the Source team in February 2011 as European relationship executive and PA to directors. She has a degree in Foreign Languages and International Business from the University of Nantes (France) and is fluent in French, English and Spanish. She can even speak a few words of Chinese! 	Rachel Ainsworth Rachel is Senior Research Manager at Source. She began her professional career at Gemini Consulting and in 10+ years as a management consultant, worked on strategic and operational projects across sectors including financial services, life sciences, public sector, not-for-profit and manufacturing. Always keen to learn more, she has an MBA from Stanford, an MA in Education and an MA in Counselling. She likes to spend her weekends outdoors with her husband and two small boys. 	Greg Smith Greg Smith acts in an advisory capacity for Source and brings over 30 years' experience of delivering marketing research and consultancy to a range of international blue chip clients. His sector experience stretches across finance, technology, media, professional services and the public sector and covers both consumer and B2B markets. He has particular expertise in the fields of service delivery, corporate and brand reputation, new product development, acquisition/retention strategies and customer satisfaction. 	Michel Noiry Michel is advising Source on its expansion into the French market. He is based in Paris and has over 25 years of international experience in corporate management and business consulting where he has advised clients in various sectors including private equity funds, insurance and financial services, IT, distribution and retail, public transport, hospitality services and telcoms. He is now a partner at Origa Consulting, which specialises in performance improvement and pan-European projects. Previously, Michel has held key roles with global consulting firms and corporations, including Deloitte Consulting, Calan Ramolino, Gould and Abbott Laboratories. He also acts as an expert for the French management consultancy association, where he participates in the annual survey of the French market.
